Our Company was founded on 1 July 2022, in the split-up procedure of the law firm Bogdanović, Dolički & Partners (OIB: 77213973640), which ceased to exist. As a legal successor, two new independent law firms were established in the aforesaid corporate action. Namely, law firm PEŠUT & MATIĆ was founded and continued the legal predecessor business activities upon the completion of split-up procedure in accordance with the Division Plan. Along with the founders Nenad Pešut and Edita Matić, as early as July 2022, a former partner in the legal predecessor, Krešimir Galeković, joined the Company as a partner as well. As of December 2023, Tena Zgombić also joined our team as a partner, cooperation with whom bounded us in the legal predecessor of our Company.
