Tena Zgombić has significant professional experience in consulting in M&A transactions, restructuring and financing projects on the international market, advising clients in leasing transactions as well as in the purchase and sale of aircrafts. She has represented clients both in domestic and foreign arbitration proceedings. As part of her everyday work, she regularly provides advice in matters of corporate and commercial law. At the same time, Tena is a Certified Court Interpreter for the English Language and she also uses German in her work with clients. After graduating from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb and successfully passing the bar exam, she continued her education on postgraduate studies at Columbia Law School in New York City, USA, where she gained her Master of Laws, LLM. degree. Before joining our Law Firm as a partner, she worked in renowned law firms.
