Our clients are domestic legal entities and foreign legal entities, especially from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States of America and Japan.

Our Company was founded on 1 July 2022, in the split-up procedure of the law firm Bogdanović, Dolički & Partners (OIB: 77213973640), which ceased to exist. As a legal successor, two new independent law firms were established in the aforesaid corporate action. Namely, law firm PEŠUT & MATIĆ was founded and continued the legal predecessor business activities upon the completion of split-up procedure in accordance with the division plan. Along with the founders Nenad Pešut and Edita Matić, a former partner in the legal predecessor, Krešimir Galeković, joined the Company as a partner as well.
