Krešimir Galeković has more than 25 years of professional experience, mostly as Attorney at Law, and previously in regulatory and other institutions (member of the Central Depository Agency management board, now SKDD d.d., and Head of the Legal Department in Croatian Securities Commission, now HANFA). Krešimir has gained extensive professional experience, particularly in the legal areas of capital markets, takeovers of joint-stock companies and general M&A transactions, privatization, business investment, commercial contract law and corporate law, financial services, market competition, regulation of electronic communications. Krešimir also has extensive experience in representing clients in civil proceedings before courts and arbitration courts in the Republic of Croatia, administrative, misdemeanor and other legal proceedings. In the aforesaid legal areas, Krešimir advised and represented numerous international and domestic clients, including banks, insurance companies and companies in various fields of business practice.
