Nenad Pešut is the founder and partner in our Company with more than 25 years of experience in representing and advising domestic and foreign clients on corporate law, incorporation, restructuring, transformation, takeover, merger, acquisition (M&A) and split-up of companies, commercial contracts, real estate transactions, as well as in regulatory matters, labor law and dispute resolution. After law studies in Zagreb and postgraduate studies in Germany (LL.M., Cologne), Nenad gained valuable experience in a renowned international law firm, which determined his further professional development. Nenad has been advising and representing numerous domestic and foreign entrepreneurs, primarily from the German-speaking area, since 1997, first as a lawyer, and then, (since 2001) as a partner in the legal predecessor of the PEŠUT & MATIĆ law firm.
