Edita Matić is the founder and partner in our Company with more than 25 years of experience in advising and representing domestic and foreign clients in the area of corporate law, public and private takeovers, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), split-up of companies, restructuring, squeeze out of minority shareholders, banking and financial law, capital market law, labor law, proceedings before the regulatory authorities, as well as the corporate and commercial dispute resolution. After an internship at the court, Edita started her career as a lawyer in 1996 together with her colleague and mentor attorney at law Tin Dolički, who left a significant and persistent mark on the overall legal profession. Edita became a partner in the legal predecessor of law firm PEŠUT & MATIĆ in 2001.
